Jeff Roman

Jeff's mom died rather suddenly from Lupus 5 years ago. I can tell from just talking to him that it changed him in a way that I would never understand until the tragic day that I would be there. He talks about it candidly and with his whole heart. He talks to his dad on a daily basis and always ends the conversations with a heavy hearted I love you.
His dad started dating again, and met a lady that would have him marry again. The wedding was last weekend and Jeff was apprehensive about the wedding. I can tell he was anxious about any feelings about him mom, dad and his new bride that were not resolved in the past.
He left the church to head over to the reception hall. The path that was between held the cemetery that his mother laid. He had never been there in a spontaneous moment. It was usually come with meetings with his dad and siblings for momentous mothers days and birthdays.
He felt drawn to go over and say his bids to his moms stone and walked into the cemetery. He looked up and saw that his father and his new bride were already thereand knew immediately that everything was going to be ok.
At the reception and gave his toast, telling the house about his mom and how proud he was to have his dad as a father. He let go and said that he was glad that his dad moved on and happy. He was a proud that there wasnt a dry eye in the house.
