Yellow and Red Rain

It started to rain. They say that it won't stop till Spring, which is like a million hours away. But its nice. The air is cold and crisp, there are rainbows every day and at sunset (4:30 btw) the sun pours in from under the cloud cover and hits the buildings, mountains and the water and its so lovely.The trees are still shedding their leaves and when the wind blows you get caught in this yellow and red showers, (not a golden shower, those are down the street)

Bill and I were discussing over pizza and Pabst Blue Ribbon how it still feels like vacation, with a big hotel room that lets us paint our own walls. I am sure this feeling will go away when we get jobs.
I am sure one day it will feel like home, but its not familiar yet. I am not sure when that switch will happen. It's hard to tell. Its still nice though.
